  • Akari is an ordinary high school student who has always felt a little lost in life. She's not sure what she wants to do with her future and often feels like she's just going through the motions. One day, while walking home from school, she hears a voice calling out to her. She looks around but doesn't see anyone. Then she hears the voice again, this time more clearly. It's a soft, gentle voice that tells her she's been chosen to do God's work. At first, Akari is skeptical. She's never been particularly religious and doesn't know what it means to work for God. But the voice persists, and soon she finds herself drawn into a world she never knew existed. She meets other KamiKatsu who teach her about the divine mission they have been given: to help those in need, to spread kindness and love, and to fight against the darkness that threatens to consume the world. Together, Akari and the other KamiKatsu embark on a series of missions to help people in need. They visit hospitals and comfort the sick, they clean up parks and public spaces to make them more beautiful, and they offer words of encouragement to those who are struggling. Along the way, they encounter challenges and obstacles, but they always manage to overcome them with the help of their faith and each other.
  • As Akari becomes more involved in this world, she discovers that there are others who oppose their work. There are people who believe that they are delusional or dangerous, and who seek to undermine their efforts. Akari and her friends must confront these forces of darkness and stand up for what they believe in, even when it means facing ridicule or danger. Through it all, Akari finds herself growing in faith and confidence. She discovers that there is a power greater than herself guiding her steps, and that she is capable of amazing things when she puts her trust in that power. Along the way, she also develops close friendships with the other KamiKatsu, who become like a family to her.
